SOLUTIONS / SUPPORT AGENTS

Find the right context.
Prepare the next answer.

A customer question shouldn’t mean starting from scratch. Bring useful policies and examples into a conversation with your Supra, work through a response and ask your team about the part that needs a human decision.

Private beta. Prepare and review inside Supraway. Sending customer replies and taking action in a helpdesk require a separately scoped connection.

LESS STARTING OVER

Keep useful knowledge close to the work.

Start with the policy, work through a proposed reply and identify the question a colleague needs to resolve. Keep customer-specific checks in your existing systems.

01 / FIND THE CONTEXT

Start with what your team knows.

Add the policies and examples your team wants to reuse to Brain. Your Supra can draw on relevant ready knowledge you’re allowed to access in the conversation.

02 / PREPARE THE RESPONSE

Work through the answer.

Ask your Supra to help explain a policy or shape a proposed response. Review the result, check what’s missing and keep customer-specific facts for verification in your own systems.

03 / BRING IN YOUR TEAM

Ask about the exception.

Use a shared project conversation to discuss an unclear rule or a difficult example. Agree on the next step with the people who know the work.

YOUR JUDGMENT STAYS IN THE LOOP

Check the answer before it reaches a customer.

A useful draft makes it easier to see what’s known, what still needs checking and where a colleague should decide.

FROM ONE QUESTION TO SHARED PRACTICE

Bring a recurring question.
Improve the starting point together.

START WITH AN EXAMPLE

Choose a question you know well.

Bring a fictional or anonymized example, the relevant policy and the part that usually needs explanation. Avoid customer identifiers or account details.

REFINE THE INSTRUCTIONS

Turn the lesson into a draft.

Work with your team on agent instructions and save a version to review. If you run an isolated conversational test, include the context needed in the test prompt; it cannot look up an order or take a customer action.

REVIEW WITH THE TEAM

Keep what helps. Fix what’s missing.

Compare the proposed response with your service standards. Update the knowledge or instructions where needed, and record the questions a human still has to resolve.

BEFORE YOU START

Three practical questions.

Will Supraway answer customers from my helpdesk?

The private beta supports preparation, shared conversations, agent drafts and isolated tests inside Supraway. Sending replies from a helpdesk or managing a live customer queue requires separate integration and pilot scoping.

Can my Supra use the team’s knowledge?

In a workspace conversation, your Supra can use relevant ready Brain pages permitted for that conversation. Add and review the sources your team wants to use. An isolated agent test is separate: include the needed context in its prompt.

What do I need to try it with my team?

Approved beta access, a configured model connection and an example to work through together. Bring the relevant policy and agree on who reviews difficult cases. Customer channels and external actions are scoped separately.
